◆ The answer you never see

Your buyers ask AI. You never see the answer.

Say a buyer asks for the best skillet under $75. The answer names a couple of brands and rules out the rest. If it has your price wrong, you’re out of the running, and you never find out why.

The AI Visibility Checker reads those answers for you, and shows you the fix.

A buyer asks ChatGPT

What cast iron cookware would give an occasional buyer worthwhile value?

ChatGPT answers

Cedar Table’s compact skillet sells for around $90, which is a lot for occasional use. Ember Kitchen is the better value under $75.

The top three fixes, in the order we’d do them

  1. Fix the price assistants quote for the compact skillet

    • Impact: high
    • Effort: small

Budget answers quote a higher price than your product page shows, then rule you out. Show the current price in visible text on the product page and keep every listing in step with it.

  2. Publish dimensions and weight on the compact skillet page

    • Impact: high
    • Effort: small

Answers that list you without recommending you tell buyers to check dimensions and weight first. State the cooking surface, overall length, empty weight and suitable heat sources on the product page.

  3. Give assistants a reason to pick you over Hearth Foundry

    • Impact: medium
    • Effort: medium

Hearth Foundry’s own site is cited in answers that leave you out. A plain comparison page that says what makes your compact skillet different gives assistants something specific to quote.

◆ Why you can trust the numbers

Real answers, with the receipts.

  • The apps your buyers use.

We ask ChatGPT and Gemini in the same consumer apps your buyers open, not a developer API.

  • A receipt for every number.

Click any count in your report and read the exact answer it came from.

  • Private by default.

One private link, emailed to you. It expires after 90 days, and you can revoke it sooner.

  • Free, and no store access.

Public pages only. No sales follow-up unless you ask for help.

◆ Fair questions

Before you run it.

What the check covers, and what it doesn’t. No small print anywhere else.

Is it really free?

Yes. The report is yours whether or not you ever work with us. Hand it to your own team if you have one.

Do you need access to my store?

No. We read your public pages, the same ones a buyer or an AI assistant can see. You verify your email so we can send the report. We never ask for a Shopify login or password.

How is this different from other AI visibility checkers?

Most AI search visibility checkers give your brand a score. This one is built for ecommerce stores: it shows which brands ChatGPT and Gemini recommend instead of you, question by question, checks the facts they state about your products against your own pages, and ends with a ranked list of fixes. Every number links to the answer it came from.

Which AI assistants do you check?

ChatGPT and Gemini, in the same apps your buyers use. We don’t check Perplexity, and every question is asked in US English.

What do you ask them?

15 buyer questions about your category that never name your store: choosing a brand, use cases, product details, value and alternatives. We ask each one three times in each assistant, so one lucky answer doesn’t decide your result.

Does it check AI shopping carousels?

No. The check reads the written answers. Product cards and shopping carousels inside the apps aren’t included, and neither are markets outside the US.

How long does it take?

Usually about 30 minutes after you confirm your category. We email you a private link as soon as your report is ready.

Who can see my report?

Only people with your private link. It expires after 90 days, and you can revoke it sooner.

Can I run it again later?

Yes, once every 30 days for each store and category. Run it again after you’ve made changes, and when the questions match, your new report shows what moved since the last one.

Will you follow up to sell me something?

Only if you ask. You get the emails the check needs: your sign-in link and your report. The newsletter is optional and has its own box.

See what AI tells your buyers.

Free, private and usually ready in about 30 minutes.
